Our Warranty

Lifetime Warranty on Moissanite Stones

Our moissanite stones include lifetime warranty coverage against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Structural defects related to the stone

  • Loss of brilliance caused by manufacturing issues

2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

We provide a 2-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects related to:

  • Metal structure

  • Stone setting

  • Craftsmanship quality

  • Production defects

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural issues not caused by external damage

  • Faults in craftsmanship

  • Loose stones caused by manufacturing defects

  • Loss of brilliance in moissanite stones caused by manufacturing defects (lifetime coverage)

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches from regular use

  • Natural aging of materials over time

  • Tarnishing, discoloration, or fading caused by external factors

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence

  • Exposure to chemicals, including perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, chlorine, or similar substances

  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by third parties

Jewelry Care Responsibility

Fine jewelry requires proper care to maintain its beauty over time.

We recommend:

  • Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals

  • Removing jewelry before swimming, cleaning, or heavy activities

  • Storing pieces separately in a dry place

  • Cleaning gently with appropriate jewelry care methods

Proper care helps preserve the brilliance and finish of your jewelry.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team:
